Hours
* 5-15 hours a week. Flexible hours between (9am-5pm UK time)

Role Overview
* We’re looking for a part‑time Operations & Marketing Assistant to support the day‑to‑day running of our growing company. You’ll help keep internal processes running smoothly.
* This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, comfortable with technology and eager to learn how a startup operates behind the scenes.
* We're especially looking for someone who is confident using a vast array of digital tools and AI assistants such as Claude.
* You do not need any experience, but you should be dependable, trustworthy, proactive and comfortable picking up new systems quickly.
* In return, you’ll gain hands‑on experience, learn how a real startup runs, and work closely with a growing business in a remote role.
What a typical day/week looks like
* A few times a week, you will be briefed on tasks to complete via an online meeting.
* Your role will be to carry out tasks accurately and independently, whether it's an Operations, Client Services, Marketing or general Admin task.
* Some will be quick and easy 5‑minute tasks, some will be larger or ongoing projects.
* The average task will likely take 30‑90 minutes to complete.
* Some tasks will need to be done daily, monthly or weekly.
* To ensure you have the right support and correct oversight, tasks should be done between the window of 9am‑5pm UK time.
* You will always be provided with training resources but you will be expected to be proactive in learning yourself.
* You can reach out to the management team if you have any questions or to update on the status of tasks.
* You may work across tools such as Slack, ClickUp, Google Docs/Sheets, Stripe, ChatGPT/Claude, CRM systems and website platforms.
What you'll help with Operations
* Writing and updating SOPs.
* Assist with finance admin, invoicing, and record‑keeping.
* Sending invoices on Stripe.
* Creating and sending Contracts.
* Support hiring coordination and candidate screening.
* Staff onboarding & training.
* Help set up and maintain internal AI‑assisted workflows.
* General Admin & reminders.
Client Services
* Update ClickUp project management.
* Writing task Briefs.
* QA of design and development work.
* Support client success processes and reporting.
* Keep KPIs up‑to‑date.
* Making Social media posts.
* Creating decks, proposals, and case study materials.
* Updating website content and landing pages.
* Building lead lists and other Lead generation.
* Supporting outbound outreach and follow‑ups.
Requirements
* Strong organisation and attention to detail.
* Comfortable with spreadsheets/docs/project tools.
* Able to follow SOPs and complete tasks independently.
* Comfortable learning new software quickly.
* Reliable internet and computer.
* Availability during some UK working hours.
* Great written and spoken English.

* Comfortable with IT, AI tools, digital tools and software.
* Able to manage multiple small tasks efficiently.
