We are currently looking for an International Media Coordinator to join our Global Strategy, Sales & Marketing Expertise department, within the International Media Expertise team, based in Madrid.
Your role
As International Media Coordinator, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing Lactalis' global media strategy across multiple markets. Reporting to the Zone Media Director, you will act as a strategic partner to marketing teams, supporting them in designing and executing efficient media strategies across offline and digital channels, while ensuring alignment with global media governance.
What you'll do
* Advise and support marketing teams in building effective media strategies for key brands (offline & online).
* Execute and coordinate paid media plans for selected markets, from briefing and strategy validation to campaign rollout.
* Coordinate local and international media agencies, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and local needs.
* Act as a day-to-day media advisor and operational point of contact for planning, buying and reporting.
* Deliver media training sessions to internal stakeholders, strengthening media knowledge and capabilities.
* Consolidate campaign results and turn data into clear, actionable insights.
* Monitor media trends, innovations and competitive intelligence across assigned countries.
What we're looking for
* Degree in Marketing, Economics or a related field.
* +3 years of experience in media (agency or advertiser side).
* Solid knowledge of digital media platforms (DV360, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Amazon DSP).
* Ability to assess and contribute to offline media strategies, particularly TV.
* Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and insights generation.
* Familiarity with Marketing Mix Models or econometric measurement is a plus.
* Fluent English is mandatory; Italian, French or Spanish are a strong advantage.
* International mindset and willingness to travel frequently (at least one international trip per month).
