SABDA is an immersive studio at the intersection of art, technology, and mindfulness, dedicated to empowering people through transformative experiences. Our space combines spatial sound, 360° projections, and curated programming - from wellness classes and listening sessions to art installations and brand experiences.
We’re now entering a new phase of growth and opening SABDA more intentionally to brands, production companies, and corporate teams.
Role Overview
We’re hiring a Sales Manager to own and grow all B2B revenue streams for SABDA:
* Sponsorships with brands and partners
* Venue rentals for events, shoots, and launches
* Corporate wellness, team-building, and learning programs
You will be the person who makes sure the space is booked, visible, and profitable —turning SABDA into a go-to destination for brands and companies in Barcelona and beyond.
This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone who loves both relationship-driven sales and creative, experiential projects .
Key Responsibilities
1. Sponsorships & Partnerships
* Design and refine SABDA’s sponsorship offering (tiers, benefits, pricing).
* Identify and approach potential partners: wellness brands, tech companies, creative agencies, lifestyle and culture brands.
* Lead the full sponsorship cycle: prospecting, meetings, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
* Build long-term partnerships that integrate into SABDA’s programming (series, annual partners, co-branded experiences).
2. Venue Rentals & Corporate Experiences
* Position SABDA as a premium venue for:
Brand and product launches
Photo and video shoots, content production
Corporate offsites, team-building, and leadership retreats
* Own the full B2B rentals funnel : incoming requests + outbound outreach.
* Create ready-to-sell corporate wellness / learning formats (e.G. 3-hour immersive offsite, 1-day retreat, 5-week program) together with the founders and facilitators.
* Host site visits, present the space, and close bookings.
* Own client projects end to end, closing bookings and managing all production steps from initial meeting to final delivery.
3. Strategy, Pipeline & Reporting
* Build and maintain a clean pipeline of sponsors, agencies, and companies.
* Define clear KPIs: number of leads, meetings, proposals sent, conversion rates, total revenue, and occupancy rate of the space.
* Report regularly to the founders with clear, honest data and next steps.
* Test and refine offers and pricing based on client feedback and market response.
4. Collaboration & Internal Coordination
* Work with the marketing team to align campaigns, case studies, and content with sponsorship and rentals goals.
* Coordinate with operations and tech to ensure every booking runs smoothly: timings, technical needs, staffing, and hospitality.
* Maintain and improve all client-facing materials : decks, rate cards, standard proposals, and rental guidelines.
* Represent SABDA at relevant events, meetups, and industry gatherings in Barcelona.
What We’re Looking For
* You think like an owner : you care about revenue, costs, and long-term brand value.
* 3–5+ years experience in one or more of the following:

* Sponsorship / partnerships for cultural or creative projects
* B2B sales for venues, events, or experiential marketing
* Corporate wellness / learning / HR solutions
* Proven track record closing deals and hitting targets .
* Based in Barcelona and available to work in person several days per week.
* Fluent in Spanish and English (Catalan is a strong plus).
* Comfortable working in a start-up environment where priorities can shift and you help build systems from scratch.
* Highly organized and proactive;
you don’t wait for leads, you create them.
* Strong communicator and natural host—confident when giving tours, leading meetings, and presenting to senior stakeholders.
* Experience using a CRM and working with simple revenue dashboards.
* Bonus points if you have:
Existing network in Barcelona’s business / agency / creative ecosystem
Experience with corporate learning, HR, or leadership development programs
Background in museums, cultural spaces, or experiential agencies
