We are looking for you as a Marketing Manager to join our team in one of our offices or remotely.

What you will contribute :
* Develop and execute a marketing strategy and plan based on our overall business strategy, covering the entire funnel from awareness creation to conversion.
* Manage our CRM program, ensuring it effectively supports our marketing efforts.
* Collaborate with internal teams (content creation, development, consultants) to implement your marketing plans.
* Provide strategic and operational marketing support to internal teams and contribute to client projects as needed.
* Stay updated on current trends in the digital market and proactively propose innovative ideas and innovations.
* Building and managing or refining and managing our CRM program.
What you have to bring :
* Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within a professional services setting.
* A good university degree in marketing, business administration, communication sciences, or a comparable field.
* Ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
* Strong knowledge of CRM, digital strategy, and content marketing with hands-on experience with relevant tools.
* A good understanding of artificial intelligence and its use cases in digital marketing.
* Excellent organizational and project management skills.
* Hands-on, solution-oriented approach to improving processes and strategies.
* Excellent communication skills in both German and English (C1-C2). French or Spanish is a plus.
* Practical experience with growth hacking, for example, in the context of start-ups, would also be welcome.
