Job Purpose
Lead our Digital Supply Chain (DSC) team to drive innovation and elevate our business. Collaborate with global teams and leaders, leveraging your expertise in data and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
* Be part of the DSC team, a new group of 40+ FTE, pivotal to our digital-first vision.
* Build, maintain, and improve sustainability reports using Power BI and Excel, extracting data related to ingredients, packaging, logistics, manufacturing, and sales points. Collaborate with Procurement, Quality, Master Data, and Sustainability teams.
* Support the transition to a standalone company by migrating and rebuilding sustainability data and reports, working closely with Unilever’s sustainability teams.
* Evaluate and consolidate sustainability KPIs and metrics across reports, ensuring clarity and consistency.
* Work with global SC teams, especially Procurement, to gather accurate data.
* Establish a robust DSC Reporting team foundation and promote best practices in SC reporting.
* Participate in digital projects, providing reporting expertise for SaaS and in-house solutions.
* Collaborate with IT D&A for data engineering needs.
* Serve as the main contact for sustainability reporting queries.
Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, IT, Data Science, or related field.
* At least 2 years in reporting or data analysis within supply chain.
* Experience with digital supply chain technologies and data management.
* Proven success in supporting digital projects and cross-functional teams.
* Knowledge of supply chain practices, AI, IoT, and data lake structures.
