Become an Accounts Payable for our Finance Department, located in Barcelona. You will be responsible for controlling and preparing all payment processes for the 8 CBU's, participating in FCF estimations, and maintaining high-quality, accurate relations while seeking improvements and value-added solutions for the CBU.
What will be your challenges?
* Create and monitor daily payment activities following the organization’s accounting policies, payment processes, and cash flow impacts.
* Prepare monthly control and monitoring of clearing accounts related to suppliers.
* Monitor suppliers according to the Tax Collector’s requirements.
* Process exceptional payments for each CBU, ensuring compliance with specific rules.
* Validate and ensure the correctness of financial data in SAP, participate in workflow processes like Orsoft, and handle supplier requests or modifications.
* Contribute to constructing OFCF figures for CBUs, estimating payments, and controlling related actions aligned with each CBU’s strategy.
* Manage and control all payments for each CBU, including national and international transfers, direct debits, travel expenses, and intercompany transactions, adhering to policies and procedures.
* Monitor debtor suppliers through monthly aging reports and reconcile payable/vendor accounts.
About you
To succeed in this role, it is beneficial to have:
* A bachelor’s degree in Business (ADE, Economics, etc.) with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
* Self-starting attitude and ability to work independently.
* Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
