The Role:
They're looking for a hands-on Marketing Generalist with strong technical skills in Ad Buying and SEO. This position is ideal for a data-driven marketer who can optimise inbound traffic, scale performance campaigns, and automate workflows with AI tools.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Execute Paid Media: Plan and manage multi-channel digital ad campaigns (Google, Meta, Programmatic) with a focus on high-frequency retail environments.
* AI Integration: Actively work with the leadership team to automate marketing workflows, reports, and content generation using AI tools.
* Budget Management: Oversee large-scale monthly ad spends, ensuring maximum ROI and efficient cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
* Data Analysis: Conduct cohort analysis and monitor key metrics (LTV, CAC, CPI) to make real-time optimization decisions.
* Vendor Management: Interface with external agencies and specialized vendors for short-term strategic \"gut checks\" to ensure internal AI outputs remain high-quality.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with SEO, ASO, and social media functions to ensure a unified brand voice and strategy.
* Market Agility: Launch and iterate on campaigns rapidly, often within two-week cycles, to maintain a competitive edge in high-traffic sectors.
Requirements:
* 2–4 years of experience in digital or performance marketing.
* Previous experience in high-traffic industries is preferable
* Proven ability to manage significant ad budgets and paid acquisition.
* Understanding of SEO, ASO, and core metrics (LTV, CAC, CPI).
