Take your career to the next level with Amaris Consulting as an Application Support Technician. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in providing functional application support and resolving infrastructure-related incidents, comfortable working with tools like ServiceNow and supporting Windows and Citrix environments. Spanish fluency is required as part of this role.

Please note : The initial onboarding and training will take place onsite, in person, at one of our offices for the first two weeks. After this period, you will have the flexibility to work remotely.

* 1 to 3 years of experience as an Application Support Technician .
* Strong proficiency with ServiceNow for backend incident management .
* Experience with Windows and Citrix environments.
* Solid knowledge of ITIL Foundation practices, Microsoft Fundamentals certification preferred, and version control tools such as Git.
* Familiarity with VPN connections and basic SQL queries (e.g., simple queries).
* Proven experience with Level 1 (L1) support and incident filtering.
* Advanced proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken).
* Technical English (reading / writing) preferred.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Provide first-level diagnosis and functional support for business applications.
* Manage and resolve infrastructure-related incidents using ServiceNow.
* Support users in Windows and Citrix environments.
* Escalate technical issues following standard procedures.
* Collaborate with international teams to ensure service continuity.
* Participate in onboarding and initial onsite training.
* Deliver remote support post-training while maintaining high service standards.
