Job Overview
As the Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the Store Manager in the daily operations of our Euralille store. You will contribute to achieving the store's sales targets while ensuring that customers receive an outstanding shopping experience with our brand.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the management of store operations, focusing on sales performance, inventory control, and customer service excellence.
- Support the Store Manager in recruiting, training, and mentoring store staff to cultivate a motivated and skilled team.
- Ensure that the store is visually appealing and well-organized, adhering to the visual merchandising standards.
- Analyze sales performance and help develop strategies to enhance revenue and maximize profitability.
- Provide exemplary customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience, building customer loyalty, and addressing customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Assist in managing store inventory, ensuring accurate stock management, and coordinating timely replenishments.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve store performance and team collaboration.
- Act as the Store Manager in their absence, maintaining operational efficiency and offering leadership to staff.
