At Draxton Teruel, our foundry plant located in Utrillas, we are looking to incorporate a Maintenance Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the plant’s preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance policies, with the objective of ensuring production continuity and reliability.
This position reports both hierarchically and functionally to the Plant Management.
Main Responsibilities :
- Lead the definition and implementation of the maintenance system to ensure the proper functioning of the machinery and equipment.
- Monitor, control, and achieve the Maintenance Department’s budget.
- Support the development of the maintenance team, fostering a committed and cohesive team with clearly defined objectives and responsibilities.
- Ensure the health and safety of employees by complying with and enforcing occupational risk prevention regulations, as well as the company’s environmental policy.
- Manage the search, negotiation, planning, and supervision of external contractors to ensure a cost-effective and efficient contribution.
- Analyze daily plant incidents.
- Supervise the procurement of spare parts.
- Organize and manage the economic and technological resources available to ensure the effective performance of maintenance activities at the plant.
