In this role you will support Gartner's global procurement efforts, ensuring processes run smoothly and independently manage vendor interactions. You will work with Coupa and Oracle Fusion to streamline requisitions and purchase orders, while handling community emails and delivering training to internal customers and vendors. You will collaborate cross-functionally to drive efficiency initiatives and improve P2P operations.

- Ensure activities follow established procedures
- Exercise independent judgment in vendor-related decisions
- Work with Coupa and Oracle Fusion systems
- Manage community email boxes on a day-to-day basis
- Oversee the Requisitioning/Purchase Order system and educate internal customers and vendors
- Develop training materials and collaborate cross-functionally on efficiency initiatives

Responsabilidades
\n
- Bachelor in Accounting/Finance/Business
- Minimum 2 years of P2P experience
- Knowledge of Procure to Pay best practices
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and resolve vendor issues
- Ability xugodme to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with Oracle Fusion and Coupa (Coupa a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Excellent written and oral communication and customer service skills
