Reporting directly to the Country Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our market reach and driving sustainable growth within the industrial sector.
Your main responsibilities
* Develop and implement a proactive sales prospecting strategy for your region, with a focus on high‐potential customer segments.
* Identify, qualify and engage new prospects while nurturing and retaining your existing client portfolio.
* Conduct continuous market analysis (trends, competitors, customer needs, emerging players) to refine the commercial approach and identify new growth opportunities.
* Keeping CRM update to monitor and evaluate key sales KPIs (conversion rates, sales cycles, acquisition costs, etc.) to optimize performance.
* Collaborate closely with marketing, product and support teams to ensure consistent messaging and accurate reporting of customer needs.

* With a degree from a business school or a higher technical education, you have at least 3 years of successful experience selling technical products or services with long sales cycles—ideally in the metallurgy or industrial sectors.
* You are proactive in managing your commercial activity and have proven your ability to autonomously develop and maintain a customer portfolio.
* You enjoy educating and guiding customers, adopting both an innovative and pragmatic approach to support them effectively.
* Customer satisfaction is at the heart of your work, supported by strong interpersonal skills that allow you to build long-lasting trust-based partnerships.
* A professional level of English and French is required for this position. Knowledge of Basque (Euskera), although not mandatory, will be considered a valuable asset.
* This role requires regular travel within the assigned region, typically involving trips of 1 to 2 days, and therefore a valid driving licence is required.
