Mu Motion is a content and social media agency helping brands show up online in a way that actually works. We're growing fast and looking for a talented video editor to join us full-time, someone who can take ownership of video production and content delivery across a range of client accounts, while we stay focused on strategy and client relationships.
This is a remote role but you must be based in Valencia, Spain for at least six months of the year.
About the roleYou'll be working behind the scenes across multiple client projects, editing videos, producing short‐form content, and contributing to content strategies that actually move the needle. Our clients span different industries, so you'll need to be adaptable, organised, and comfortable switching between projects and brand voices. You won't be client‐facing, but your work will be — so quality matters.
What you'll be doingEditing and producing short‐form videos for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, this is the core of the role.
Managing and scheduling content across social media platforms for multiple clients simultaneously
Contributing to content strategy, understanding what performs well and why, and feeding that back into production decisions
Adapting your style across different brands, audiences, and niches without losing quality
Managing your own workload across multiple concurrent projects, hitting deadlines consistently
Staying on top of platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging content formats
What we're looking for
Strong video editing skills — this is non‐negotiable. You should be genuinely excellent, not just competent. A portfolio is required.
Solid understanding of short‐form content — what hooks people, what keeps them watching, what gets shared
Experience managing social media accounts, ideally for more than one brand at a time
Highly organised — you can juggle multiple deadlines across different projects without things slipping
Self‐directed and reliable — you work well autonomously and don't need hand‐holding to get things done
Familiar with tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve, plus standard scheduling and social tools
Nice to haveExperience in a social media agency or working with multiple clients at once
Motion graphics or basic animation skills
Copywriting ability — captions, hooks, or basic scripting
An active personal presence on social media — you practise what you preach
