As part of the Make-or-Buy team, the Senior Manager of Product Lifecycle Strategy is responsible for executing the global lifecycle management strategy at STADA, with a focus on maximizing manufacturing network performance, COGS leadership, supply reliability, and high-quality products.
He/she defines criteria, processes, and governance to ensure the timely delivery of lifecycle management initiatives for legacy products within the STADA portfolio. Additionally, he/she identifies process gaps through control systems implementation and suggests actions based on an established RACI matrix.

4. Apply structured thinking and pragmatism to analyze and propose solutions with limited information and time, making necessary trade-offs.
5. Communicate effectively, both verbally and non-verbally, and possess strong presentation skills. Adapt communication style to different audiences, including upper management and lower/mid-level staff.
6. Exhibit emotional intelligence to influence stakeholders, gather support, and manage conflicting priorities across multi-level functions.
7. Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Professional Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
* Over 5 years of professional experience in the pharma industry, including CMO management, procurement, portfolio lifecycle management, or business development.
* Knowledge of the pharmaceutical value chain, including COGS drivers and production costs.
* Brief exposure to manufacturing processes and understanding of EU regulatory requirements; knowledge of non-EU regulations is advantageous.
* Proven track record in project management with measurable results.
* Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, and Tableau is desirable.
