The Global Business Development Coordinator is providing support for administration, scheduling and coordination of team meetings, travel planning, preparation of presentation materials, support for awards programs, and ad-hoc research and support where necessary.
Mission & Responsibilities
Administration & Coordination:
* Manage travel arrangements and proactively coordinate the pre-planning
* Process expense reports and calendar management
* Contribute to ongoing communications with vendors and partners, as well as internal team members
Materials Development
* Proofread, edit and format documents
* Note-take during meetings and drafting and distribution of notes
* Create and maintain materials (presentations, timeline, checklists, contact lists)
Research & Analysis
* Search and gather information online as needed for different clients or project matters
* Access and analyse both quantitative and qualitative sources
* Track local New Business financial performance
* Manage New Business reporting
* Maintain New Business online library
Previous Experience & Industry Background
* 2+ years in business coordination or marketing
* Media Agency, Advertising, Marketing
Qualifications & Languages
* University Degree in Business, Marketing or Advertising
* Languages: English (Fluent), Spanish (Fluent)
