Role Overview
On behalf of a fast-growing international technology company, we are recruiting a Senior Product Designer to work on large-scale AI-driven companionship and conversational platforms used by tens of millions of users globally.
This is a senior, hands-on role focused on designing chat-based experiences, AI-generated content flows, character creation tools, onboarding journeys, and subscription-based monetization systems. The products operate at significant scale and sit at the intersection of artificial intelligence, human interaction, and digital relationships.
You will partner closely with senior product and design leadership to define standards, evolve systems, and deliver experiences that are both emotionally engaging and commercially effective in a product category that is still being defined.

Key Responsibilities
Product and Feature Design
* Own the end-to-end design process for features across multiple product surfaces, from early concept through final delivery.
* Translate complex AI-driven capabilities into clear, intuitive, and engaging user experiences.
* Maintain and evolve a cohesive design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and quality across products.
* Design for emerging UX patterns in a fast-moving AI landscape, informed by market research and competitive analysis.
* Manage multiple projects in parallel while delivering at speed without compromising design quality.
Collaboration and Prototyping
* Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing stakeholders from ideation through launch.
* Rapidly prototype concepts and flows to validate ideas before full implementation.
* Provide clear, constructive feedback during design reviews and contribute to raising overall design standards.
* Actively participate in open design discussions, welcoming feedback and contributing thoughtful challenges when appropriate.
Continuous Improvement and Experimentation
* Support rapid experimentation and A B testing through iterative design updates.
* Explore AI-assisted design workflows to improve efficiency and unlock new creative possibilities.
* Stay current with design trends, AI interaction models, and evolving UX best practices.
Challenges You Will Address
* Designing for products used by millions of users, ensuring quality and consistency at scale.
* Working across diverse product surfaces while maintaining a unified design language.
* Turning AI-powered functionality into usable, engaging, and commercially viable experiences.
* Improving conversion, retention, and user engagement through data-informed design decisions.
* Leading zero-to-one feature design initiatives in ambiguous and fast-changing environments.
* Balancing creative exploration with measurable business and user outcomes.
Required Qualifications
* At least five years of professional experience in end-to-end product design for digital products.
* Experience designing complex consumer products such as social platforms, chat-based experiences, interactive tools, or AI-enabled applications.
* Strong expertise in interaction design, visual design, responsive design, and information architecture.
* Demonstrated ability to ship impactful features from initial concept through launch and iteration.
* Advanced proficiency in Figma, with the ability to produce production-ready design assets.
* Strong prototyping skills to clearly communicate flows, interactions, and concepts.
* Practical and creative problem-solving approach, balancing usability, aesthetics, and feasibility.
* Ability to translate market and competitor insights into actionable design decisions.
* Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience designing AI-driven or emerging technology products.
* Familiarity with AI content generation tools or experimentation workflows.
* Demonstrated personal or professional interest in artificial intelligence.
* Strong understanding of UX writing and the role of copy within design.
* Skills in motion design, illustration, or three-dimensional design.
* Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript to support collaboration with engineers.
* Experience working on subscription-based products with a focus on monetization and retention.
