Responsibilities:
Carry out risk assessments and manage their modifications or variations.
Coordinate work contracted with the Prevention Service (SPA).
Plan preventive activities in coordination with external services.
Manage health surveillance of workers.
Coordinate preventive activities with subcontracting companies.
Conduct internal and external HSE safety audits monthly.
Implement corrective and preventive actions from audits.
Develop procedures, instructions, and formats within HSE.
Manage and coordinate the Occupational Safety and Health Committee.
Deliver HSE training to all employees.
Coordinate SPA studies on hygienic measurements and ergonomic improvements.
Advise personnel on occupational hazards, prevention, and environmental issues.
Supervise chemical safety data sheets.
Investigate accident rates and professional diseases.
Manage Emergency and Evacuation Plans and coordinate drills.
Oversee the supply and delivery of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Ensure compliance with HSE standards by employees.
Qualifications:
University Degree in Labor Relations or Engineering, with a Master's in Prevention of Labor Risks. Experience or training may substitute for formal qualifications if appropriate.
