Job Description
Purpose of Role:
* Connect and optimize new and existing TPS connections to achieve OM and TTV targets.
* Engage in strategic conversations with assigned TPS, discussing plans for product optimization.
* Monitor the production of the assigned TPS and take actions to maximize opportunities towards reaching TTV and OM targets.
* Increase OM via supplier income and margin actions.
* Finalize contracts with new TPS as per pipeline and renew/amend existing contracts as needed.
* Negotiate at a senior level with TPS, demonstrating commercial strength and acumen.
* Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Accountabilities:
* Achieve core KPIs: OM and TTV targets.
* Increase supplier income.
* Reduce litigations.
Skills:
* Excellent understanding of sourcing and distribution strategy.
* Strong analytical skills to assess gaps and opportunities.
* Result-driven and passionate.
* Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* Good knowledge of the travel industry and XML distribution.
* Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office, Tableau, Atlas, Accelerate.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* English speaker; Spanish is advisable.
Experience:
* Experience in sourcing and/or sales within the travel industry.
* Advisable to have a commercial/technical knowledge of XML distribution.
