We are launching an exciting new project focused on the Dutch market, and we’re looking for an experienced Manager to build, mentor, and drive the success of a team of Dutch-speaker Recruitment Consultants in Barcelona.
This is a unique opportunity to shape a new team from the ground up, develop junior talent, and play a key role in the growth of an international recruitment project.
Start date : Asap
Location : Barcelona (full-time, permanent)
Your Profile
* Proven experience in sales, or recruitment is a must
* Previous sales team leadership, management or mentoring experience
* Fluent Dutch and English
* Strong commercial mindset and performance-driven attitude
* Ability to coach, motivate, and develop junior consultants
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Your Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Recruitment Consultants
* Support your team in candidate sourcing, qualification, and client interactions
* Drive team performance and KPIs
* Help build and scale a new recruitment project focused on the Dutch market
* Ensure a high-quality recruitment process and candidate experience
* Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team culture
