EU region .Position SummaryThe
Sales Director – EU Region
will be responsible for developing and executing the regional sales strategy, managing key accounts, and leading a high-performing sales team across Europe. This role will report to global leadership and play a critical part in achieving business growth, market expansion, and customer satisfaction. The position is
remote, based in
Spain, with frequent travel to customer sites and regional offices.
Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement the
sales strategy
across the EU region to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability goalsLead and manage the
regional sales team, ensuring strong execution, pipeline development, and performance managementBuild and maintain relationships with key OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, distributors, and strategic partnersIdentify and develop new business opportunities across both mature and emerging markets in the regionCollaborate closely with
marketing, product management, finance, and operations to align sales efforts with overall business goalsMonitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust strategies as neededDrive forecasting, pricing strategy, and contract negotiationsProvide regular reporting and analysis to senior leadership on sales performance, KPIs, and market intelligenceQualifications10+ years
of sales experience in the
automotive sector, with at least
5 years in a regional or leadership roleProven track record of
driving sales growth
and managing large customer accounts in a multi-country settingStrong understanding of
automotive supply chain dynamics, customer requirements, and regional market differencesStrategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilitiesExperience in leading and motivating cross-border, multicultural teamsStrong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skillsFluent in
English ;
additional European languages are a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field;
MBA or equivalent preferred
