【岗位职责】
1、【计划管理】:配合备件经理统筹各国备件需求,协同代理做好滚动预测。深入业务并优化计划模型,持续提高区域计划准确度,支撑全欧洲主计划准确性提升,以及终端需求满足率提升。
2、【订单交付】:拉通生产、仓储、物流和IT等部门解决国家备件订单交付过程中的异常
,搭建订单交付监控机制,基于各国实际情况分析流程节点时效,持续优化流程,加快交付效率。
3、【逆向管理】:配合备件经理搭建各国备件逆向运营机制,建立从网点-总仓-RTC/总部的可视化跟踪,负责各国备件账实一致管理,并就账实差异问题制定和落地短期及中长期的解决看护方案。
4、【客户管理】:负责代理和服务商的管理及赋能,包括备件考核体系设计,协同运营监控、问题定位和改善;
规划备件培养和认证体系,并做备件业务专业、政策流程和系统操作的指导赋能。
5、【业务变革】:结合各国业务现状分析和行业实践/调研,通过备件流程升级或模式的调整助力业务高效健康发展。
【任职要求】:
1、【教育背景】:本科及以上学历,专业不限,物流、国际贸易及英语相关专业优先;
2、【工作年限】:2年以上工作经验,有售后备件、供应链计划和仓储管理经验者优先;
3、【技能要求】:有计划相关经验,熟悉销量预测、需求计划和库存管理等模块,对数据敏感,具备良好的数据分析能力,熟悉代理或服务商管理逻辑;
4、【其他要求】:逻辑清晰,具备良好的沟通协调能力,有较强的推动复杂项目的能
力,有良好的抗压能力;
5、【语言要求】:中文和英语读写精通,口语佳优先。
Position: Spare Parts Operations Specialist – Europe
Location: Madrid, Spain. 100% on site
Responsibilities:
- Planning Management:
- Collaborate spare part manager to organize oversee spare parts demand across the European region. Collaborate with agents to execute rolling forecasts of each country. Deeply engage with business units to optimize planning models, continuously improve forecast accuracy of each country, finally increase forecast accuracy of whole Europe, and enhance end-customer demand fulfillment rates.
- Order Fulfillment:
- Coordinate with production, warehousing, logistics, and IT teams to resolve issues in the spare parts order fulfillment process of each country. Establish order tracking mechanisms, analyze process efficiency at each node, and continuously optimize workflows to shorten lead times according to different situation of each country.
- Reverse Logistics:
- Collaborate with spare part manager to establish mechanism for overseas reverse spare part logistics operations of each country. Build a visual tracking system from service points to central warehouses to RTC/headquarters. Ensure inventory records match physical stock and develop short- and long-term solutions to address discrepancies of each country.
- Client Management:
- Manage and support agents and service providers, including designing performance evaluation systems, coordinating operations monitoring, issue identification, and improvement. Plan and implement a spare parts training and certification system, providing professional guidance on policies, processes, and system operations.
- Business Transformation:
- Analyze current operations and benchmark against industry practices. Drive business efficiency and sustainable growth through process upgrades or operational model adjustments in spare parts management.
Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline;
majors in Logistics, International Trade, or English are preferred.
- Experience:
- At least 2 years of work experience. Background in after-sales spare parts, supply chain planning, or warehouse management is a plus.
- Skills:
- Experience in planning is required. Familiar with sales forecasting, demand planning, and inventory management. Strong data analysis skills and sensitivity to numbers. Understanding of agent or service provider management is preferred.
- Other Requirements:

- Language:
- Proficient in both Chinese and English (reading and writing)
