Our goal is to influence customers to develop the contact lens category by creating new users.
We want to change the mindset of eye care professionals (ECPs) and owners to be more proactive about contact lenses.
To achieve this, we need someone who can analyze a business and identify opportunities.
The ideal candidate should have the ability to influence customers and encourage them to adopt a proactive approach to contact lenses.
This includes understanding the needs and specifics of different channels, such as independent optometrists, buying groups, and chains.
The successful candidate will also have the skills to use basic tools to develop the contact lens category, including customer journey mapping, point-of-sale optimization, database management, and training programs.
Additionally, they will be responsible for executing the joint business plan (JBP) defined for each key account area (KAA).
The role involves building the Misight category and educating ECPs on how to improve children's lives through contact lenses.
It also requires covering the coverage plan designed for each area according to customer segmentation.
The candidate will follow the sales process and determine the best course of action.
They will also develop strong relationships with customers, including ECPs, owners, sales staff, and other stakeholders.
In some cases, this may involve negotiating price increases.
The successful candidate will be a team player who can add value to the team and contribute to its success.
They will also have a good understanding of CooperVision's programs and be able to utilize them effectively.
Finally, they will be responsible for completing all reporting and administrative duties.
