Experteer Overview
In this role, you will drive the delivery of the HR strategy for functional areas across Iberia, partnering with leadership to shape organizational design and people outcomes. You will embed HR solutions to boost performance, lead change initiatives, and coach business leaders to enhance leadership capability. You’ll work closely with cross-functional HR teams to align local actions with group processes, while advancing employee engagement and communication. This is an opportunity to influence a multinational environment and contribute to environmental and energy efficiency initiatives within the organization.

• Implement and deploy the DSC HR strategy for your functional area
• Provide tailored HR advice to Business Managers based on local business context
• Actively participate in leadership teams to shape HR plans and actions
• Identify process improvements and design action plans with follow-up
• Build strong relationships with functional directors and HR teams across MLEMEA
• Assess organizational efficiency and recommend design changes in line with principles
• Coach business leaders to improve leadership capability
• Drive initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, performance, retention and communication
• Manage people impacts of organizational change projects aligned to business strategy
• Ensure HR processes for the area are delivered in line with group processes and timelines
• Support managers in organization design, forecasting, resourcing, and future talent planning
• Contribute to environmental guidelines and energy efficiency procedures in the deployment process
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of experience in similar roles within multinational environments
• In-depth knowledge of HR areas (Comp&Ben;, IR, Payroll, Recruitment, Learning, Development)
• Advanced level of English
• Bachelor in Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's in Human Resources is a plus
