We’re looking for a QA Automation Engineer with a strong technical foundation and a collaborative mindset to help us shape the quality of our products through robust test automation and continuous improvement.


To join an important international client in the industrial sector in Tres Cantos (Madrid) Possibility for three days teleworking.


What You’ll Need to Succeed

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering,

✅ Fluent communication skills in both English and Spanish,

✅ 3+ years of experience designing and developing automated test cases, ideally using Robot Framework, Selenium,

✅ Familiarity with AI-assisted testing tools like GitHub Copilot,

✅ Solid background in test design techniques and formal test case creation,

✅ Hands-on experience with UI, API (REST/SOAP), and backend testing,

✅ Proficiency with Azure DevOps, agile methodologies, sprints, PBIs, pipelines, and queries,

✅ Version control expertise using Git or Azure Repos,

✅ Skilled in bug analysis, root cause detection, and thorough defect reporting,

✅ Strong SQL skills across platforms (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQLite...),

✅ Able to manage multiple projects and quickly adapt to new tools and processes,



Your Role and Responsibilities:

🛠 Automate test cases to enable seamless, repeatable, and consistent test execution

📈 Report and track test results and defects, providing detailed insights for developers to act on

🔄 Continuously improve the testing process (CI/CD pipelines, reporting, automation coverage)

🤝 Collaborate closely with product teams to define test plans, scope, and priorities

🧪 Design effective, regression-focused test cases to ensure product stability and quality

🧠 Review functional specifications and provide critical feedback to improve testability

📝 Contribute to technical design documents and task estimation for test efforts
