Providing senior management and the Risk and Compliance Committee with key insights on material modelsIdentifying improvements to modelling processes and methodologies, and assigning risk ratingsRecommending actions to model developers to keep adverse outcomes within risk appetiteEmbedding comprehensive model risk management practices across the model lifecycleEnhancing senior management understanding of model assumptions, limitations, and outputs using multi-channel toolsRequirements:
5+ years of experience validating or developing models in market, liquidity, or capital risk, or within finance and treasuryProficiency in Python and SQLKnowledge of model risk management regulations in the UK, USA, and EUAbility to defend validation reports before senior stakeholdersNice to have:
Experience in banking, especially with regulator interactions and internal auditsExposure to AI/ML governance, explainability, or advanced analytics in financeFamiliarity with cloud deployment and monitoring solutionsCompensation:
