Sales Training & CB Product Specialist – Iberia, you will be responsible for driving the development and positioning of Linde’s product and solution portfolio in the Iberian market, combining strategic vision with product management and sales training.
Your goal: maximize the value of our offering, manage the product lifecycle, and strengthen the capabilities of our sales network.
Lead the product strategy throughout its lifecycle in line with the global strategic marketing vision.
Develop sales arguments and commercial tools for both direct and indirect networks.
Support and accompany the sales network in product demonstrations and technical advice.
Highlight key strengths of our offering with Marketing & Communication for effective local campaigns.
Sales Training
Design and plan training programs for the sales network.
Create dynamic learning materials and digital tools tailored to the network.
Deliver training on products and solutions.
Collaborate in internal and external brand events.
University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business or similar.
5+ years’ experience in product management and sales training in industrial or B2B environments.
Master’s degree in management and/or experience in the Material Handling sector highly valued.
Fluent Spanish and English with strong negotiation skills.
Proficiency in digital tools and Microsoft Office.
