Join the Customer Experience & Service Domain as the **Customer Experience Manager**, you will be responsible for leading Customer Experience for our TUI guests during the most critical part of the customer journey: the on-holiday experience. Through effective use of CX methodology & data you will improve the holiday experience for millions of guests across more than 50 countries worldwide and manage a portfolio of CX projects to drive customer experience improvements in partnership with the various functions across TUI Group & TUI Musement.**ABOUT THE JOB**- Identifying sources of data that can help us better understand our customers' problems and needs- Be the voice of the customer in key forums,ensuring we are solely focused on delivering value for our customers- Create micro-tests (POCs, MVPs) in partnership with product & business teams that enable us to test hypotheses and quantifiably deliver customer experience improvements- Manage key projects within TUIMM & in partnership with TUI Group CX representing the on-holiday experience for our guests across the business- Support the on-holiday service team in identifying pain points and helping guide customer centric solutions to customer problems- Provide regular communication and reporting to ensure the voice of the customer is heard across the business and used to make critical decisions to improve CX- Drive excellent people management skills with 1 direct report supporting this role in uncovering pain & gains in the customer journey & providing reporting to the business on project progress**ABOUT YOU**- Strong cultural flexibility & leadership skills with the ability to influence and enthuse others- 3-5 years working within a Customer Experience function- A structured individual with strong conceptual & facilitative skills,focused on driving transformation & high performance- Working knowledge within Agile/Product Teams- Knowledge of project portfolio and backlog management and coordination- Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence & Microsoft Teams is a benefit.- Professional training as a CX professional is a benefit (i.E.
