Everyone gets to push their potential to the full.* ***Discover extraordinary\* every day.*****The role designed for you:**Reporting to the CCO, the objective of the role is to maximize sales results, further develop our market share within the Bookbinding segment—where Guarro Casas is the global leader—and provide superior customer service through the leadership of a skilled team**The main responsibilities and activities will be:*** Guarantee Sales targets achievement – i.e. End-to-End Margin, Pricing policy implementation and Credit management* Ensure the correct management of commercial activities - price condition, order negotiation, assortment & promotion - and sales operational - order entry, service control, collectable* Reporting activities to CCO and be the “go to market” person for key stakeholders* Visit and develop Key Accounts which will be part of your own portfolio* Act as Commercial Manager for Bookbinding, strengthening Guarro Casa’s position as the global market leader in this segment* Lead the development of new markets, expanding our geographic footprint in close collaboration with all subsidiaries to ensure coordinated commercial execution across regions* Ensure full and effective deployment of our commercial strategy, tailoring it to the local market needs* Grow revenues by expanding the customer portfolio, developing existing accounts, and penetrating new industries and end-users**The attitudes and skills we’re looking for**:* Bachelor or Master Degree in Business or equivalent knowledge/experience* 10 plus years’ experience Commercial roles with strong customer focus and Key accounts management* Instinctively focused on the customer, masters the customer-centric approach* Strong leadership - former experiences managing sales team* Experience on structured international environments with a matrix structure is a plus* Experience in Paper Industry or Packaging, Printing sector will be considered a strong plus* Strong leadership skills: team management, drive, effective communication, ability to influence and to develop talents* Strong relational skills and capability to collaborate with different functions* Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities* Knowledge of IT tools (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint) & experience with CRM.* Languages required: Spanish and English professional proficiency**What You Can Expect from Our Selection Process**Interview with HRBP Sales & Marketing, CCO, Human Resources Director and Executive VP**Based in:** based in Gelida, Barcelona and the position requires to travel often.We are happy to make any reasonable adjustments to the recruitment process to accommodate your needs.We are committed to ensuring that every person feels connected, that their uniqueness is valued and celebrated and that everyone feels that they belong.
