We are looking for a new Office Manager and Operations Support. We need someone who will truly drive the office operationally and not just be present.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage accounting documentation for the external accounting firm.
* Manage logistics (office and a small vehicle fleet).
* Support the real estate department and project management.
* Customer service.
Requirements
* Languages: English and Spanish. Additional languages are a strong plus.
* Organized DNA: If chaos stresses you out, this is your place; if you are the chaos, it isn't.
* Advanced Excel: formulas, etc.
* Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in an administrative role with customer service.
