Job Description
* Analyze requirements and design functional solutions for projects.
* Estimate effort and collaborate with team members and clients to achieve project goals.
* Analyze and optimize application performance.
* Collaborate with technology providers as needed.
* Validate solutions against functional requirements.
* Ensure compliance with Omega's quality standards.
* Document functional specifications for completed projects.
* Share knowledge within Omega's community of practice.
Required Experience
* At least 4 years of experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, and consulting.
* Experience with Field Service is a plus.
* Experience with Salesforce clouds such as Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud, and Community.
* Experience working with Agile methodologies.
Skills
* Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
