The role focuses on live network reconfiguration, node integration, and multi-vendor equipment swaps, ensuring seamless service continuity in high-traffic environments.You will be a key player in managing DWDM, ASON, and OTN technologies, driving topology changes, and supporting critical network interventions.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and manage live DWDM/ASON/OTN networks (1G–200G)Perform node insertion/removal and complex topology changes under live traffic conditionsManage service migrations and multi-vendor equipment swaps (Huawei, Alcatel, and others)Track SLA compliance and conduct post-change validationsPrepare and maintain detailed technical documentationProvide expert technical support during critical network interventionsYour ProfileSenior-level experience with photonic mesh and DWDM backbone networksStrong knowledge of DWDM, ASON, and OTN technologiesProven experience with multi-vendor platforms, including Huawei and AlcatelSkilled in managing live network reconfigurations and service migrationsDetail-oriented with excellent documentation skillsAbility to work under pressure and coordinate with cross-functional teamsFluent in English; Spanish language skills are a plusWhat We OfferChallenging projects on backbone optical networks in the telecom sectorInternational and technically advanced team environmentCompetitive compensation and career development opportunitiesWe look forward to receiving your application and getting to know you better!
