This role will cover our offices across Spain and Portugal - you must speak fluent Spanish, Portuguese, and English to be considered.
This is a hybrid opportunity which requires 3 days a week in our Madrid office.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with business leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives supporting organizational goals.
* Work closely with leaders to understand department challenges and provide proactive HR solutions.
* Manage talent processes including recruitment, onboarding, retention, and career development.
* Handle employee relations, resolve conflicts, and coach on workplace issues.
* Support change management initiatives like restructures and culture shifts.
* Lead learning and development programs, identify training needs, and implement solutions.
* Drive employee engagement through surveys and feedback initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
* Use data-driven insights to track HR metrics and inform decisions.
Qualifications
* Significant HR experience, Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's or HR certification is a plus).
* Strong understanding of HR practices, employment law, and business operations.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Experience with HRIS systems, performance management tools, and other HR software.
* Strong organizational and project management skills.
