Responsibilities
* Lead a high-performing presales organization, including Solution Architects, Presales Consultants, and QA & Process teams
* Ensure our proposals stand out through technical excellence, consistency, and differentiation
* Drive the evolution of the team towards high-value solutioning, innovation, and customer impact
* Partner closely with Sales, Delivery, Marketing/GTM, and Partners to build winning strategies
* Continuously improve processes through automation, industrialization, and AI-driven practices

What We’re Looking For
* 10+ years of experience in presales, solution architecture, or cybersecurity services/consulting
* Proven experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams
* Strong background in complex bid management (RFP/RFI) and high-volume environments
* Solid understanding of cybersecurity domains (SOC, MSS, consulting, cloud, OT, etc.)
* Ability to balance business objectives, technical rigor, and customer value
* Strong decision-making, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
