This role plays a key part in developing long-term partnerships with fertility centers, clinics, and distributors to achieve revenue targets and strengthen the company’s market position in reproductive medicine. /ppbKey Responsibilities /b /ppb1.Sales Revenue Growth /b /pulliAchieve annual sales targets and profitability goals for assigned territory. /liliDevelop and implement strategic account plans for key IVF centers and distributor partners. /liliIdentify new business opportunities and expand market share within the Spanish fertility sector. /liliConduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to KOLs, embryologists, and clinic management teams. /li /ulpb2. Account Management /b /pulliBuild and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and clinical stakeholders. /liliMonitor customer satisfaction, ensure post-sales support, and coordinate with product application and service teams when required. /liliNegotiate pricing, contract terms, and tenders in alignment with company policies. /liliMaintain accurate ERP records, sales forecasts, and activity reports. /li /ulpb3. Collaboration Reporting /b /pulliWork closely with the EMEA Direct Sales Manager to ensure consistent market strategy and execution. /liliCollaborate with the Marketing, Product Application teams to deliver effective product positioning and customer engagement initiatives. /liliProvide market insights, competitor updates, and feedback from customers to inform product and commercial strategies. /li /ulpbQualifications Experience /b /pulliBachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Business, or a related field. /liliMinimum 3 years of sales experience in the medical device, healthcare, or IVF industry. /liliExcellent communication and presentation abilities (both Spanish and English). /liliProven track record managing key accounts or selling high-value capital equipment in a clinical or laboratory setting. /liliExperience interacting with embryologists, clinicians, and hospital procurement departments is highly desirable. /liliStrong relationship management and negotiation skills. /liliProficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo) /liliWillingness to travel frequently within Spain and occasionally across EMEA. /liliValid driving license. /li /ul
