- *Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure equipment standardization during on-site installation and commissioning, guaranteeing reliability, safety, and quality compliance.
- Improve performance of wire-drawing and assembly equipment through optimization initiatives and supplier coordination.
- Troubleshoot technical failures, lead upgrades, and provide technical training to operations teams.
- Manage daily process activities, promoting innovation and continuous improvement across the plant.
- Develop and implement training plans to strengthen technical capabilities within the mechanical engineering team.

- *Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical principles (hydraulics, pneumatics), assembly processes, and mechanical materials selection.
- Proficiency in CAD tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and logical approach.
- Adaptability to dynamic, multicultural industrial environments.
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).
