Product Success Manager (Strategic Customer Success)

We are Semrush, a global tech company developing our own product – a platform for digital marketers.
Are you ready to be part of it? We’re hiring for a
Product Success Manager (Strategic Customer Success) .
Responsibilities:
Relationship Building:
Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior marketing executives, marketing operations teams, tech- and SEO teams. Be their trusted advisor, offering strategic recommendations on how to leverage Semrush for maximum impact.
Service and Renewal Support:
Support Strategic CSM in renewal and expansion strategies, delivering best-in-class service.
Drive Customer Value:
Collaborate with customer stakeholders to create workflows within their marketing operations that demonstrate the value Semrush provides, ensuring they understand how features enhance their marketing objectives.
Executive Business Reviews:
Conduct regular reviews to demonstrate ROI, offer strategies, and discuss new products.
Customer Advocacy:
Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for improvements based on feedback and staying informed about industry trends.
Onboarding & Implementation:
Develop tailored onboarding plans and deliver insights at each touchpoint.
Problem Solving & Performance Tracking:
Partner with internal teams to solve challenges, use data for insights, and track KPIs.
Requirements:
4-6+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles, especially with enterprise customers in MarTech or SaaS.
Experience with platforms like BrightEdge, Conductor, Botify, SimilarWeb, etc.
Proven relationship-building skills and ability to provide tailored solutions.
Strong communication, digital marketing knowledge, data analysis skills, and project management experience.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt quickly.
