We are seeking a dynamic Go-To-Market Executive with a background in digital media trading (programmatic and/or paid social) who is ready to transition into a strategic product and growth focused GTM role.
This role is central to ensuring our AI-powered audience, inventory, performance, and optimization products truly meet the needs of activation teams across the upper, mid, and lower funnels.
Acting as a strategic business partner, the GTM Executive connects real trading insight with AI-driven opportunities, translating technical capabilities into commercial value and driving market adoption through clear narratives, enablement, and business led change.
Mission & Responsibilities
Go-To-Market Strategy & Enablement
1. Build and execute the GTM plan for new AI-driven products and features (positioning, messaging, rollout).
2. Translate complex technical and AI concepts into simple, compelling business language for activation or other media teams.
3. Conduct impact assessments and define clear value propositions for each persona (trader, planner, account manager, strategist).
User Education & Adoption
4. Own the creation of user guides, playbooks, and step-by-step activation or innovation manuals.
5. Deliver autonomous training sessions across teams (live, virtual, or recorded).
6. Create demo videos manually or using AI tools to support product launches.
7. Facilitate regular FAQ sessions and user office hours.
Knowledge Management & Communication
8. Manage and continuously update the product knowledge portal (documentation, release notes, best practices).
9. Drive proactive communication on product updates, improvements, and new feature availability.
10. Ensure consistency and quality of all user-facing content.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
11. Work with engineering, data science, business, and activation teams to ensure product-market fit.
12. Support commercial strategy with product demos and strategic pitches when needed.
13. Serve as an internal AI Activate or innovation ambassador to elevate literacy and adoption across teams.
