Role Description
We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to provide HR business support for our AFIP product group and operate as part of the site leadership teams for our Fremont and Milpitas locations. This individual will work in and support a dynamic and collaborative environment. We are looking for someone to be passionate about supporting and building strategies to enable Fralock's success. You'll partner with the business and HR team to design and execute strategies to support business objectives and the HR organization transformation. Successful candidates will possess a high degree of critical thinking and planning ability, change management expertise and the agility to function in a fast paced and multi-dimensional environment.
This position will be a key partner in enabling Fralock's mission, vision, and values. This role will partner with the senior leaders and leadership teams to translate business priorities into HR strategies, programs, and tools. The successful candidate will need to be able to think strategically as well as roll up their sleeves and assist in practical application.
Essential Duties
* The Senior HR Business Partner will also own the delivery and adoption of corporate-wide HR programs, processes and policies at the business unit and site level. Most specifically in areas such as talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and employee development.
* Work with assigned BUs and senior management teams to understand business strategies, diagnose current organization performance, and develop/implement plans to build needed organization capabilities.
* Fully engage and partner with leaders in key areas such as organizational design, workforce planning, talent management and building talent acquisition.
* Serve as a trusted advisor and coach on diverse employee and organizational issues.
* Ensure employee data integrity and security, while working to ensure the business has the tools and analytics to effectively drive engagement, performance, and continuous organizational improvement.
* Provide compensation guidance and support including salary planning, promotions, and job re-leveling.
* Participate in BU leadership team meetings and contribute as a business leader.
* Be a key member of the HRBP team helping to develop world-class HR programs, tools, and service delivery.
* Partner with managers and employees to address various employee issues, fairly representing all interests.
* Professionally conduct structured employee relations investigations.

Education Requirements
* Degree in Human Resources Management or related field or business preferred, or equivalent experience.
Experience Requirements
* A combination of 8+ years of a broad range of HR experience in the following areas: organizational design, change management, leadership and management development, performance management, compensation and rewards, employee engagement, coaching and development, talent management, conflict resolution, talent acquisition, data analysis, and employee relations.
