Senior Manager - Group Management ReportingAs Senior Manager - Group Management Reporting, you will be responsible for working collaboratively to manage all internal Group-level P&L and KPI reporting, delivering regular and ad hoc reports to the CFO, Group Executive Committee, and Group Board.In this role, you will :
Own the process for producing accurate and timely delivery of :
Daily, weekly, and monthly consolidated Group reports for audiences including the Group Board.Regular and ad hoc consolidated Group external reports, adapting to evolving requirements.Build strong collaborative relationships within the Group Commercial and Corporate Finance teams, with the Investor Relations team, and with divisional finance teams.Hold divisional finance teams accountable for producing accurate and timely inputs to Group reports and Board planning presentations.Challenge and influence key stakeholders to improve reporting processes and ensure Group-wide consistency.Add value to trading performance reports, analysis, presentations, and external reports (including Interim Management Statements, half-year reviews, and the Annual Report & Accounts) by providing insightful commentary based on a deep understanding of divisional performance factors and planning assumptions.Manage the Group-wide chart of accounts, ensuring its consistent use and appropriate changes.Coordinate the Group-wide annual planning timetable and oversee the submission, consolidation, and presentation of divisional plans to the Group Board.Support the Investor Relations team with ad hoc queries, current trading updates, and forecast insights.Assist the Group Finance Director - Commercial and the Director of Group Management Reporting in their development initiatives.QualificationsQualified accountant with circa 5 years PQE.Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.Extensive experience in delivering insightful reports and analysis.Proven ability in modelling analytical techniques.Desired SkillsKnowledge of Oracle Fusion and Anaplan.Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.Proven track record of reporting process improvements.Flexibility and team-oriented approach.Self-starter with initiative and independence.Additional InformationAt Entain, we offer a competitive salary and benefits such as private medical insurance, ShareSave scheme, wellbeing support, and more.Join us to be part of a diverse, inclusive community that values individuality and celebrates success.
