Experteer Overview As Category Manager, you develop and execute strategies for defined material subcategories to optimize cost, quality and supply reliability. You collaborate with engineering, operations and procurement to align decisions with long-term business goals and drive standardization across footprints. You lead supplier evaluations, negotiations and long-term partnerships, while guiding cross-functional teams through complex sourcing initiatives. This role offers exposure to regional impact, continuous improvement, and meaningful influence on supply chain performance.
