Responsibilities
* Maintain great candidate experience and strong relationships with clients across logistics, industrial, skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail.
* Source and attract candidates using diverse local channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
* Host recruitment events virtually or in‑person with job seekers and employers to attract candidates or new business for Operational Talent Solutions.
* Assist senior consultants in preparing business development and candidate assessment documents for prospective and current clients.
* Conduct post‑placement follow‑ups with clients and candidates to ensure successful integration, satisfaction, and support of candidate income continuity and security.
* Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records and provide regular reports on metrics and progress within Operational Talent Solutions.
* Drive successful sales and recruitment processes through effective client and candidate engagement with both online and offline activities.
