Role Responsibilities:
* All areas of spa training, including treatments and therapies
* Customer service and unique touchpoints
* Training to upsell treatments and services according to client requirements and budget
* Maintaining strict hygienic standards for the spa and personal appearance
* Promoting and selling retail products
Requirements:
* Technical massage and therapy experience
* Passion for guest service
* Self-motivated and goal-driven
* Warm, friendly personality with clear communication in English; other languages are a bonus
