What You’ll Do
As Global Payroll Program Manager, you will be the strategic driver ensuring large-scale payroll and HCM programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll oversee program governance, guide project managers, and work closely with global clients to deliver exceptional results.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Leading program planning, governance, and delivery from start to finish
* Managing scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and quality standards
* Building strong relationships with global clients and internal teams
* Overseeing multiple projects while ensuring strategic alignment
* Coaching, mentoring, and inspiring delivery teams
* Driving innovation and process improvements
What We’re Looking For
* 11+ years of project/program management experience (global projects a plus)
* Proven ability to lead large, complex initiatives
* Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2 preferred)
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Experience in payroll, HCM, or related technology-driven services is an advantage
* A strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced, international environments
