Job Overview
We are recruiting a Sales Project Engineer to join our growing team at TGW Ibérica. The Sales Project Engineer advises existing TGW customers on system extensions and developing tailor-made material handling concepts. The role involves managing customer projects from lead acquisition to project handover to the realization department.
Responsibilities
* Support Key Account Manager of Strategic Accounts in sub-projects.
* Create and implement selling strategies to increase sales within existing customer base.
* Proactively sell emerging technologies and entry-solutions.
* Establish strong relationships with decision-makers at all levels.
* Develop concepts, calculations, and proposals in collaboration with Systems Designers and other departments.
* Handle commercial, legal, and technical contract negotiations.
* Maintain data quality in CRM system and perform simple back-office tasks.
* Lead and motivate cross-functional teams during the sales process.
Requirements
* Higher technical education in Science or Technical Engineering.
* 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in material handling and intralogistics solutions.
* Knowledge of Inditex solutions.
* Ability to conduct market and customer research.
* Strong tactical skills with knowledge of strategic and structured sales of integrated systems.
* Industry knowledge and understanding of process and intralogistics solutions.
* Management and leadership skills.
* Excellent social, communication, and intercultural skills.
