Key Responsibilities:
Operational and Logistical Duties: Serve as a communication link between drivers and logistics teams to ensure timely and smooth task execution.
Monitor, charge, and maintain forklift batteries to ensure optimal performance.
Oversee the full equipment rental process, including coordination, documentation, and returns.
Supervise the handling, organization, and preparation of materials for deployment.
Coordinate efficient loading and unloading of incoming and outgoing trucks.
Warehouse Support Tasks: Assist in assembling and preparing suspension points for rigging and setup.
Coordinate and ensure annual electrical and safety inspections and certifications of warehouse equipment and materials.
Classify, label, and prepare materials, continuously improving warehouse workflow and organization.
Maintenance at Trade Fair Venues: Perform basic maintenance tasks such as battery and water management for on-site machines.
Carry out minor repairs to maintain functionality and ensure safety compliance.
Cross-Departmental Support.
Provide assistance to other departments when needed.
