Ph3Medical Team Management /h3 pEnsure the medical team is effectively processing medical assistance cases in accordance with established procedures for international medical assistance. /p pLead the medical team, fostering a collaborative and productive team spirit, monitoring productivity, and participating in size requirement definition. /p pbEnsure 24 / 7 medical coverage, including on‑call doctors. /b /p pValidate internal escorts (when nurses or doctors travel to repatriate a patient) and necessary medical equipment. /p h3Patient Care and Quality Assurance /h3 pResponsible for ensuring that patients are evaluated and receive medical care at the highest level of medical expectation within the group (generally at the level of the most developed healthcare systems). /p pMonitor the quality of service delivered by all medical team members, identifying any training requirements or senior intervention needs. /p pAct as the medical lead and decision‑maker in the medical team’s daily case review meetings when on duty. /p pProvide support to team members on a consultative basis, including daily case reviews and any relevant matters. /p h3Case Management /h3 pActively manage complex medical assistance cases. /p pAdvise on the most appropriate repatriation plan if applicable. /p pMeet the needs of ATI’s and local clients by ensuring patients, relatives, and traveling companions receive reassurance and medical advice during the provision of medical assistance services, including direct contact with these customers when necessary. /p h3Communication and Coordination /h3 pProvide support to operational teams through effective communication with coordinators and agents as required. /p pEnsure accurate medical records are recorded in the company’s computer system. /p pEnsure optimum communication and support between medical and operational teams, facilitating teamwork. /p h3Governance and Improvement /h3 pProvide guidance on clinical governance and ensure continuous improvements in medical operational service delivery. /p pBe part of the escalation process for medical, repatriation, Red Flags, or any delicate case queries. /p pParticipate in the Crisis Cell when activated. /p h3Strategic Support and Development /h3 pSupport AXA Partners' strategy, particularly actions to digitalize our processes, reduce average costs, and increase productivity. /p pSupport the development and implementation of any medical services offered by the geo, including but not limited to tele‑consultation, corporate mobility, second opinion programs, and other emergency and non‑emergency products. /p pSupport the Medical Network Department. /p h3Cultural Alignment /h3 pUnderstand and demonstrate the culture and values within AXA. /p h3Your Profile /h3 pAt least 10 years clinical experience. /p pNegotiation level (C1) of Spanish and English, French being a plus. /p pMinimum 5 years in Critical Setting – ITU, A+E, Internal Medicine with critical care experience. /p pbMaintains currency in clinical practice. /b /p pAn experienced, self‑motivated professional person with a high level of customer focus. /p pEvidence of current professional registration with the appropriate professional body. /p pKnowledge of indications / contraindications of medical transport, particularly aeromedical. /p pExperience in disaster medicine. /p pMinimum 3 years experience in worldwide medical assistance. /p pExcellent communication and organisational skills. /p pExperience in managing teams of professionals. /p pSkills, including Word, Excel PowerPoint. /p pAdaptability and able to work under pressure. /p pA commitment to the development of the company through setting high standards. /p pA willingness to undertake new challenges, and work across functions under own initiative. /p pTo act as a change agent and be an influencer to achieve business targets. /p h3About AXA /h3 pAXA Group is the world leader in insurance and asset management.
