WPS Developer at Ginebra (On site) for an International client Job role: WPS Developer. Languages: English (C1) MANDATORY. Location: Ginebra (On site). Rate: 240-260€/day. DESCRIPTION Responsibilities Act as SME and primary technical contact for the WPS-based customer matching application. Provide BAU support to ensure application stability and availability. Perform monthly production runs (approx. 10-day execution window per month). Consolidate, transform, and process large datasets using WPS. Execute and monitor batch jobs and data pipelines. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve data, performance, and technical issues. Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy throughout processing cycles. Support operational processes and ensure successful end-to-end execution of monthly runs. Knowledge & Skills Strong knowledge of World Programming System (WPS) Solid understanding of data processing, data consolidation, and batch workflows. Experience working in production / BAU support environments. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and data-related issues independently. Understanding of DevOps or operational support principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High level of ownership, reliability, and attention to detail. Specific Expertise Hands-on experience developing and maintaining WPS-based applications. Expertise in combining and transforming data from multiple sources. Experience supporting time-critical monthly or periodic production runs. Ability to manage operational pressure during fixed delivery windows. Experience acting as a Subject Matter Expert for a business-critical application. Familiarity with customer data matching or similar data-driven systems.
