This role combines strong service management capabilities with hands‑on coordination across multiple SAP functional areas.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate across multiple SAP functional areas with strong service management capabilities
Manage demand, assign tasks to external consultants, and monitor progress
Occasional travel to Toledo
Key Qualifications
Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager
Strong knowledge of SAP modules: FI, CO, COPA, SD, MM, PM, QM, PP, WM
Advanced knowledge or certification in SAP logistics modules (SD/MM)
Strong coordination and service management skills with a solid logistical understanding
