The Moulding Process Engineer is responsible for process capability, cost reduction and continuous improvement project implementation within their designated manufacturing unit. Support capacity planning and growth, as well as define budgeted rates and process documentation.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain BD Excellence processes in the manufacturing unit.
- Identify critical equipment settings and create standards.
- Develop and transfer technical knowledge to operators and technical associates.
- Coach associates on continuous improvement methodologies.
- Analyze top losses and implement plans to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Manage change control, including validation activities, root cause analysis of OEE losses, and quality events.
- Support business needs with additional duties.
- Commission automatic assembly and packaging equipment.
- Actively participate in solving automatic machines.
- Manage assigned projects and prepare technical documentation and specifications.
- Lead validation and commissioning processes for production equipment.
- Participate in the automation of manufacturing, management, and reporting processes.
About You / Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent experience in Engineering
- Management/Coordination of processes or projects
- Fluent in English (C1)
- Computer Skills / Microsoft Office – Advanced
- Injection Molding Process
