We are seeking a Health & Safety (H&S) Manager to lead the prevention culture and ensure compliance with the highest standards (ISO 45001, OHSAS, OSHA) at a corporate level. Key Responsibilities
Your role will be to lead the development and implementation of the global Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) strategy. This includes designing and executing training and awareness programs on risk prevention and ensuring the certification and continuous maintenance of management systems like ISO 45001, OHSAS 18001, or similar.
You will investigate accidents and incidents, identifying root causes and implementing high‑impact corrective actions, while guaranteeing compliance with current national and international legislation.
* You must hold a certificate or degree in Safety Management or a relevant field, and possess solid experience in implementing and maintaining systems such as ISO 45001, OSHA, or OHSAS.
* Proven communication skills are required to interact with all organizational levels.
* Crucially, full availability and flexibility for national and international travel is required.
